Will this help my eczema?

We are not going to tell you it will. Plenty of shower filter brands do, and they should not, because treating a skin condition makes a product a medicine in the eyes of the regulator. What we can tell you is what the filter removes, and that will be on our published test report.

Will it fit my shower?

Yes. It uses the standard half-inch thread found on US shower arms, and an adapter is included for the ones that are not standard. It screws on by hand in about two minutes. No tools, no plumber.

Will it kill my water pressure?

No. The flow rate sits in the same band as an ordinary unfiltered showerhead.

How do I know when to change the cartridge?

You will see it. The media discolours as it loads up with sediment and rust. Thirty days is the guide for an average household.

Do I have to take the subscription?

No. Buy the showerhead on its own and order cartridges whenever you like. The subscription exists because remembering is the part people are bad at, not because we want to trap you in one. Cancelling takes one click.

What if my water is already soft?

Then you will notice less, and you should probably not buy this. Check your local water report first. We would rather lose the sale than process the refund.

What if it does not work for me?

Send it back within 60 nights and we refund you in full. We pay the return shipping.
