Products We CANNOT Accept:
Opened Products: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements or skincare products
Products Without Original Packaging: Must include all original packaging and materials
Products Past 30 Days: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Final Sale Items: Clearly marked items on final sale are not returnable
Exception: If a product is defective or causes an adverse reaction, contact us immediately even if opened.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us

- Photos (if defective or damaged)
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
We will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization
- Return shipping address
- Return instructions
Do not send products back without authorization.
Step 3: Pack and Ship
- Pack product securely in original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Use a trackable shipping method
- Keep your tracking number
Step 4: We Process Your Return
- We inspect returned products within 2-3 business days of receipt
- Refund or exchange processed within 5-7 business days
Return Shipping Costs
You Pay Return Shipping If:
- You changed your mind
- You ordered the wrong product
- You no longer want the product
We Pay Return Shipping If:
- Product is defective or damaged
- We sent the wrong product
- Product did not match description
How We Reimburse: We'll provide a prepaid return label or refund your shipping costs after we receive the return.
Refund Process
Refund Timeline
- Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Processing: 5-7 business days
- Bank Processing: 3-10 business days (depends on your bank)
Total timeline: 10-20 business days from when we receive your return
Refund Method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive the product price (minus original shipping, unless product was defective)
- If you used a discount code, refund reflects discounted price paid
Partial Refunds
We may issue partial refunds for:

- Products not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)

Exchanges

Exchange Process:

- If replacement costs more, you pay the difference
- If replacement costs less, we refund the difference
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:

- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund (including shipping)
- You may not need to return the defective product (we'll decide case-by-case)
Lost or Stolen Packages
Our Responsibility Ends at Delivery
Once the carrier confirms delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
What We Recommend:
- Use a secure delivery location
- Require signature confirmation (available at checkout)
- Track your package closely
If Package Shows Delivered But You Didn't Receive It:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
- Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
- Contact us - we'll help investigate and may offer a one-time courtesy replacement (at our discretion)
Order Cancellations
Before Shipment

After Shipment
Once shipped, you must follow the standard return process.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for:

- Any customs fees or duties on returned items
